Just because you're expressing yourself doesn't automatically mean you're 'bitchin'' about something. As a certified life coach who specializes in relationships, I understand that communication is key.
As a certified life coach, my primary goal is to assist clients with their relationship(s). Remember, your relationships start with yourself.
Maybe you've fallen into the trap that so many of us have fallen into, focusing so much on other relationships you've forgotten the one with yourself.
That’s perfectly fine! While life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, I can help you uncover your goals and develop a plan to structure your life effectively, enabling you to achieve those aspirations. My approach includes mindset coaching tailored to your needs, and also focusing on enhancing your relationship.
Thankfully you only have control over you, your thoughts, actions, and aspirations, and not that of others.
I hope you enjoy your time on my site, and thank you for stopping by!
As a certified life coach, I understand that everything we go through as individuals — from life challenges, menopause, divorce, to balancing work and home life—can feel overwhelming. It's crucial to offer a listening ear because, even if it's not apparent on the outside, we often have a lot on our plates. We're not trying to 'bitch', nag, or complain; sometimes, we just need to be heard.
Even before becoming a certified life coach, I was helping individuals recognize their potential. I've been that listening ear and go-to person for many different aspects of life. Getting married? I've done it. More than once. Getting divorced? I've experienced that too. Starting a new job or changing jobs? Juggling school, work, and being a mom? Moving out of the state or even out of the country? Thankfully, my journey has allowed me to experience so many different things in life. These experiences not only shaped me as a person but also enriched my perspective as a life coach, particularly in areas like mindset coaching and relationships.
Let's go from Y-O-U to Y-O-U-R-S.
In this video I'm going to be talking about being authentic and how I think that when we truly allow ourselves to simply be ourselves, it has the possibility of improving our relationships moving forward.
It's not uncommon to feel as if we need to be someone else in order to get along with someone else or to feel accepted. Perhaps if we focused on just being who we really are, we can attract the people meant to be in our lives.
Going through a divorce or break up and dealing with an ex isn't always easy. Even a friendship falling apart can be difficult. In this video I'm going to talk about taking the time to reflect and focus on what you can actually control about the situation.
